On the IntercityNG homepage, click the announcement arrow on the right. You will be directed to the community page.

To write a post

1. Click “Write a post.”
   

1. Enter the post title and write your message in the text field.
   

1. (Optional) Tag a transport operator if you want to refer to a specific company.
   

1. Enter your mobile number and email address (these will be hidden on the community post).
   

1. Input your full name and, if preferred, a display name .
   

1. Select the category that best fits your post.
   

1. Click “Post.”
   

Note: You will receive email notifications when there is a response to your post. Ensure your email is active and correct.

To read a post

1. Scroll through the community page to view posts.
   

1. Click the reply icon to respond or the share icon to copy/share a post via available channels.

To reply to a post

1. Scroll to the post you want to respond to.
   

1. Click the reply icon, then select “Reply.”
   

1. Enter your response, add a display name, and click “Post.”
