How To Use Your Profile (Everything About Your Profile)

  1. You must first log in to access your profile. See login steps here >> https://support.intercity.ng/portal/en/kb/articles/how-to-log-into-your-imtercity-account
  1. Once logged in, go to the homepage and click the menu (three horizontal lines) at the top left, then select “Profile.”

Profile Features

Edit Profile

  1. This is the first section on your profile page. Update your personal and next of kin details here for easier bookings.

Fun fact: Once your profile is updated, your details will auto-fill during booking after entering your phone number.

My Trips

Plan, share, and track your current and upcoming trips.

  1. Click the dropdown on your profile and select “My Trips.”

To create a new trip:

  1. Click Create new trip
  1. Enter departure and destination cities
  1. Select departure date
  1. Click Save trip
  1. View trip by clicking View trip

To view saved trips:

  1. Go to My Trips and select a saved trip

From the trip page, you can:

  1. Submit a travel request >> https://support.intercity.ng/portal/en/kb/articles/how-to-submit-a-travel-request
  1. Deliver parcels and earn along your route
  1. Add trip details (vehicle type, plate number, driver name, vehicle photo)
  1. Share trip for live tracking
  1. Upload trip photos and videos

Transactions

  1. View all paid and unpaid transactions (trips, parcels, or charter bookings made while logged on).
  1. Scroll to see ticket transactions
  1. Pay unpaid transactions or manage completed ones

To pay:

  1. Click Pay
  1. Choose payment channel (Paystack, Monnify, wallet, or Pay for me)
  1. Select payment method (transfer, USSD, card, etc.)

Wallet / Card

  1. Fund your wallet by entering an amount and clicking Fund
  1. Choose a payment method (card, transfer, etc.)
  1. Wallet updates instantly after payment

  1. View and continue past conversations within the platform.

Travel Requests

  1. View all your submitted travel requests.

Change Password / Log Out
