Updating Booking Information

  1. On the IntercityNG homepage, click the three horizontal lines at the top right and log in to your account.
  1. Click the menu again and select “Profile.”
  1. On your profile page, click “My Profile” and select “Transactions.”
  1. Scroll to find the booking you want to update and click “Manage.”
  1. Scroll down and click “Update ticket.”
  1. Make the necessary changes and click “Update changes” to save.
