Booking Cancellation

  1. On the IntercityNG homepage, click the three horizontal lines at the top right and log in to your account.
  1. Click the menu again and select “Profile.”
  1. On your profile page, click “My Profile” and select “Transactions.”
  1. Scroll to find the booking you want to cancel and click “Manage.”
  1. Scroll down and click “Cancel ticket.”


Notes

Note:

  1. Tickets cannot be canceled after the trip date
  2. If eligible, your refund will be credited to your wallet
  3. If not eligible, the ticket will still be canceled, but no refund will be issued
