First, cancel the ticket from your profile (see how to cancel here >> https://support.intercity.ng/portal/en/kb/articles/booking-cancellation). Any eligible refund will be automatically credited to your wallet. If you are not eligible for a refund, you can still cancel the ticket, but no credit will be issued.
