How to Book a Ticket - Multiple Passengers
- On the IntercityNG homepage, click the human icon and select the number of passengers.
- Choose your travel date, then enter your departure and destination locations.
- Click “Explore rides.”
Note: If no rides are displayed, the route is currently unavailable.
- On the results page, scroll through and select your preferred transport company by clicking “Buy ticket.”
Note: The displayed price is the total fare (original fare × number of passengers).
- Review the trip details and fill in passenger information (name, phone number, email address, and next of kin details).
Note: If you’re an existing user, your details will be auto-filled once you log in.
- Select seats for all passengers and click “Book ticket.”
- Choose any required assistance (if applicable) and enter a coupon code if available.
- Click “Proceed” to view booking and payment details.
- Select a payment method (Paystack, Monnify, IntercityNG wallet, or “Pay for me”) and complete payment using your preferred option (transfer, USSD, card, etc.).
- Once payment is successful, you’ll be redirected to a “Paid” page and receive your ticket via email.
