How to Submit a Charter Request
- On the homepage, click “Charter.”
- Select “Request Charter Offers.”
- On the next page, choose Regular Charter (the most common option).
Charter types:
- Regular Charter: Book an entire vehicle (car, minibus, or van) for your group.
- Charter Lite: Share a ride with other passengers going your way. A more affordable option for short-distance or everyday travel.
- Airport Shuttle: Designed for airport pick-up and drop-off. Enter your location, date, and flight time for a stress-free transfer.
- Enter your departure and destination cities/addresses and click Next.
- Select your preferred vehicle type and click Next.
- Enter your budget and click Next.
- Choose your travel date and time, then click Next.
- Select trip type (one-way or round trip). If round trip, enter your return date and click Next.
- Enter the number of vehicles and passengers, add any additional notes, and click Next.
- Fill in your personal details (name, email, etc.) and click Next.
- Click “Submit Request” to complete the process.
- You will get a charter offer via email and also a message from one of our managers
You can use “Previous” at any stage to review or edit your information.
