How to Submit a Parcel Request

This service is for oversized parcels only.


  1. On the IntercityNG homepage, click “Parcel.”
  1. Scroll down and select “Submit parcel request.”
  1. Enter your departure and destination cities, then click Next.
  1. Select the type of parcel and click Next.
  1. Describe the parcel and click Next.
  1. Choose the delivery date and click Next.
  1. Enter your delivery budget.
  1. Input the value of the parcel and attach a picture of the item.
  1. Click “Submit request.”
  1. One of our managers will review your request and contact you for further assistance.
  2. Alternatively, you can send a picture of the item and the logistics route to our customer support team via WhatsApp
