Submit a Review
- On the IntercityNG homepage, click the three horizontal lines at the top right.
- Select “Reviews.”
- Click “Write a review.”
- Choose either Trip or Charter, depending on your experience.
- Enter your transaction code (if available). If you don’t have one, click the highlighted “Click here” option.
- Click “Proceed.”
Note: If a transaction code is entered, your trip details (travel date, transport company, and contact information) will be auto-filled. If not, you will need to fill them manually.
- Complete the required details, rate your experience, and optionally attach a photo.
- You may also choose to post anonymously.
- Click “Submit review.”
- If the transport company responds, you will receive an email notification and can reply directly.
